On July 29, former General Hospital star Haley Pullos (ex-Molly) appeared before a judge to face sentencing for her 2023 DUI charge and the resulting wrong-way crash, as reported by People. The actress, who had been serving a 90-day jail sentence, along with five-years probation and 200 hours of community service, was released with time served.

Pullos’ attorney Dan Melnick confirmed to the outlet, “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling.”

As for the other part of her initial sentencing, Melnick stated that as of now, Pullos would most likely carry out the five-years probation and complete the 200 hours of community service. She had also been ordered to pay the injured driver, Courteney Wilder, restitution to the tune of $8,260.

For those who haven’t followed the case, this all happened as a result of a crash in May 2023, in which Pullos was traveling the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway and in turn, caused bodily injury and property damage to Wilder and another driver. Though she was first arrested in April 2023, a year later, after pleading no contest, Pullos turned herself in with the hope that she would get time served toward her expected 90-day sentence.

Back in May, the actress who played her onscreen mother Alexis, Nancy Lee Grahn, continued to support Pullos by taking to social media and relaying that she had spoken to her former TV-daughter, who had been in max security solitary confinement alongside hardened criminals. She also touched on negative reports surrounding the accident and stated, “She’s taking it all and it’s all beyond horrible… with stoicism and grace.”
