Young & Restless Preview: Sharon Confronts Her Past Head-On — Plus, Kyle Lashes Out!

In a Young & Restless preview for the week of August 5-9, Kyle is irate over an incident involving Harrison. Read on for the details and watch the video below.

Kyle’s been at odds with not just his parents over his jumping ship and taking a CEO position at Glissade, funded by Victor Newman, but he and Summer have also been battling over Harrison. Summer managed to get a court order blocking him from taking Harrison with him to Paris on a business trip. Coming up, at the Abbott mansion, Summer asks Kyle what he’s doing back from Paris. He says never mind that and wants to know where Harrison is and what they let happen to his son. What has happened to the boy in his absence?

Faith returned to Genoa City after a bad breakup with Moses. She also confessed to her father, Nick, that she was worried about her mom. Faith caught her looking through Cassie’s scrapbook, and she’s been very down lately. Nick was sure Sharon would return to her old self once her new meds kicked in.

However, Sharon’s problems were much more serious than anyone realized, as she began to be haunted by visions of the psychotic Cameron Kirsten. Next week, Sharon asks Cameron why he won’t leave her alone. He says he’s there because she wants him to be there.

Finally, Lucy discovered, thanks to a slip of her mom’s, that Cassie was driving her drunk father home when the car crash that eventually resulted in her death occurred. Daniel admitted to his daughter it’s something he will always profoundly regret and was going to discuss it with her when she was old enough to drink. Later, Lucy made plans to go to a concert with Faith, which Daniel wasn’t thrilled about, as he wanted her to go with an adult.

Coming up, outside the concert, Faith yells, “What the hell Lucy?” Lucy asks her please not to be mad. Faith asks who gave her alcohol and how much she’s had. It looks like Lucy is repeating her father’s most significant mistake!
