For years, General Hospital fans have described Josslyn as Carly’s Mini Me. And it was never clearer than the episode that saw Joss confronting both Trina and Ava. She just could not resist speaking her mind — on the day of baby Irene’s funeral no less — and letting Trina know how much she hates Ava and hates that Trina hasn’t abandoned her.

First, there’s the hypocrisy. Sorry, Carly, but it’s kind of one of your hallmarks. And Josslyn has clearly picked it up too, as Trina pointed out after being taken to task for not turning her back on Ava. Heck General Hospital even shared the entire encounter over on their Instagram page in all its hypocritical glory.

“As if there aren’t plenty of people in your life that you don’t constantly look the other way for,” Trina snapped after enduring Josslyn’s berating. “Please. Give me a break.”

And the post’s comments were full of fans loving Trina calling Josslyn out and standing up for herself.

As if that’s not enough, once Josslyn laid eyes on Ava she proved that she’s just as vicious as her mom can be when she told Ava, “Just so you know, if it had been me, not Kristina, in that hotel suite, I wouldn’t have been the one who went through the window.”

Well, ouch. But then, there’s a reason Carly took over Sonny’s operations when he “died” and Cates had enough leverage against her to keep Jason as his errand boy for years. If Josslyn’s not careful, we could see her heading down the exact same path as her mom, tangling unflinchingly in mob business.

The good news is, Josslyn does understand when she’s gone too far, and she did apologize to Trina at the actual funeral. (Check out yesterday’s recap if you missed the apology.) But who wouldn’t? You can’t exactly walk around scowling at your friend, holding onto petty self-righteousness when you’re at a service like that.
