Once upon a time, The Bold and the Beautiful’s Bill was a force to be reckoned with. He was decisive, cautious, headstrong and more than a little dangerous. And while we aren’t saying he isn’t a force to be reckoned with anymore, he’s certainly left his guard down to the point that he’s in serious danger.
And that’s downright surprising since he just mentioned not that long ago all the women who’ve gone after him for his money. Then there’s the faked DNA test, the fact that Poppy is in jail, accused of murder… Bill, of all people, should have his guard way, way up.
And if we were him, Luna’s lip locking would raise some pretty darn big red flags, too. But we’re not him. And as far as we can tell, it’s green flags all the way for Bill! In fact, Don Diamont spoke with Daily Drama and admitted that that’s pretty much how it is.
“He certainly can’t imagine that there’s anything sinister,” he explained of Bill’s reaction to Luna. (Who currently has Steffy locked up in a cage…) As for the kiss, Diamont admits that it takes a lot to catch Bill unaware, but that certainly did it. Just not in the, “You’re in danger!” way we might have hoped!
Instead, he says, Bill, “was certainly taken aback by it! Just surprised, shocked. He didn’t see that coming.” As far as he’s concerned she’s “desperate and vulnerable. He thinks she’s just a mixed-up kid. She certainly has daddy issues.”
Desperate maybe. Mixed-up, most definitely. But vulnerable? Sorry, Bill, but that’s you. Because if you’re this clueless about who Luna really is and what she’s capable of, you’re in a whole lot more trouble than we could have ever imagined. Luna already killed her real dad. She framed her mom. Why in the world wouldn’t she kill her former fake dad, too, if he also ended up disappointing her?
And there’s no way he can do anything but. Luna is far from stable, and sooner or later she’s going to do something that finally gets Bill’s attention in the worst way. But unless it tips him off that she’s not just unbalanced, but downright dangerous, we’ve got a sinking feeling she’ll be able to strike before he can do anything to stop her. And somehow, we don’t see Luna hauling Bill into a cage like she did with Steffy…
