His character, Thomas Forrester, has a huge fan following, and many of those fans are waiting for his reunion with Hope Logan. However, the fans are constantly facing disappointment over Thomas’ absence from the soap.

The B&B fandom was overjoyed when Matthew Atkinson recently returned to reprise his role as Thomas Forrester. He returned with his new love interest Paris and rushed into an engagement with her, claiming that they were deeply in love and couldn’t wait to start their new life together. However, he fell off the screen with the same speed, much to his fans’ heartbreak.

Moreover, none of the latest The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and the Fall preview say anything about Thomas’ return. This really makes us wonder if the soap is in the process of writing the character off. If this happens, it could really hold the fandom and create an uproar. Interestingly, Michele Val Jean, who previously worked on B&B, is the head writer and showrunner for The Gates. The soap is scheduled to go on air in early 2025. Some inside leaks state that the soap will have a character named, Rick, who happens to be a firefighter. The character is said to be a white male in his mid-30s who is extremely sexy, and a dare-devil.
