Classic wedding day drama! However, the drama reached a whole new level when “Abigail” pulled a heroic move. She THREW herself in front of Chad to shield him.
But before any bullets could fly, Steve (Stephen Nichols) arrived on the scene just in time and knocked out Mark. That was when the truth came out, and Chad learned that this woman wasn’t Abigail! She’s been playing him all along, pretending to be Abigail to get her hands on his fortune. So, who’s this lady? The October 21 episode will expose the real identity of the mysterious woman.
She’s not Abigail at all—she’s actually Cat Green! Additionally, she’s the daughter of Catherina, a woman everyone thought was dead. Remember John Black laid her to rest for good? That also makes her the granddaughter of the late Konstantin Meleounis. This is one family reunion we didn’t see coming! In an exclusive interview, McCord opened up about embracing Cat’s role.
“I got to create Cat out of my own feelings and experience of the process of (her identity) unveiled,” she shared. Furthermore, the revelation of “Abigail’s” real identity allowed the DAYS actress to explore the story. Fans of the Peacock soap will also learn about Cat’s complicated family dynamics. According to AnnaLynne, Cat has been through a lot, but she uses humor to cope.
