General Hospital Shocker: Carly’s Growing Suspicion, Sonny’s Bold Gamble, Brad Faces Deadly Threat, Lulu’s Life-Changing Transplant Twist!

General Hospital Spoilers Week of October 7: Carly’s Suspicions Rise, Sonny Is Confident, Brad Targeted and Lulu’s Transplant

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 7-11 reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will do his best to put Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) doubts to rest. Carly may have concerns over their alibi falling apart – especially if she realizes Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) are sniffing around.

Regardless, Sonny will feel confident that they should just stick to the plan. Carly obviously won’t want to land in legal hot water of her own for lying to the cops, but Sonny may promise that’s not going to happen.

Nevertheless, Molly will remain determined to get Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) off the hook. If that means dragging down Sonny, Carly and even Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in the process, then so be it!

Next, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will mull over Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) guidance. It looks like Ava may figure out that Portia altered Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) lab results.

Ava wants Heather locked up just as much as Portia, so she may understand why the doc adjusted the cobalt levels. That said, the move could come back to bite Portia if she doesn’t let somebody else take the fall – and that’s where Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) may come in.

Portia isn’t pleased over Brad’s return to GH anyway, so she may be happy to let Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) point the finger at someone who’s been a lab scheming culprit in the past.

As for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), he may have to decide whether he buys Brad’s side of the story. If Brad claims he’s been set up, will Lucas believe there’s any truth to that?

Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni “Gio” Mazza), they’ll have a fractured friendship after a fight. However, Gio and Trina are both good people at heart, so something tells us their anger won’t last long.

Trina and Gio may find a way to work through whatever minor issue pops up before it becomes a bigger problem.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will have a similar goal when it comes to helping Violet Finn (Jophielle Love). After Violet displays some troubling warning signs, Brook Lynn and Chase will come together to help her before things get out of hand.

That may be easier said than done since Violet is really struggling without Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in her life. If Finn’s rehab release date gets pushed back, that sound send Violet spinning out even further.

Of course, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may eventually need to talk about that kiss that happened in captivity. Although Jason and Anna may not be ready to pursue a full-fledged romance just yet, they may be building to one down the road.

Carly may also become increasingly suspicions of what really went down on Jason’s mission. Since Carly can tell that Jason is leaving something out, she’s probably not going to let this go!

Meanwhile, Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) liver donation will move forward, so Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) should get the transplant she needs in the nick of time.

Lulu’s life will be spared – and maybe feeling all this love surrounding her will somehow put her on the path to a coma awakening.
