The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, August 1 – Summer’s Harrison Decision – Billy Ignores Boundaries
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 1, reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will have a difficult choice to make – one that presumably involves Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) since he’s at the center of her current storyline.
Whether Summer’s decision involves a custody strategy or perhaps nailing down a proper place to live, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will step up with some good advice.
It’s possible the show will undo Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) move back to the Chancellor mansion with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).
If the Chancellor manse is suddenly available, that could lead to Chance potentially moving in there with Summer and Harrison.
Whatever the case, Summer will have a huge decision to make in Thursday’s episode that could affect Harrison’s future, so she’ll appreciate Chance’s guidance.
Although Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) decided against spying on Summer for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), she may not be able to help herself if she eavesdrops and feels the need to report back to him.
Other Y&R spoilers say Devon will be cagey about something, so he may not reveal the whole story to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) regarding Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) latest news.
Lily will wonder why Devon’s suddenly pushing her to abandon ship at Chancellor ASAP, but Devon may leave out Victor’s takeover plot and just act like she should trust him on this.
Later, Lily will reconvene with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who may grill her about that urgent meeting with Devon and what exactly he wanted to talk about.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy will ignore boundaries, so he might get too pushy and ultimately accuse Lily of scheming behind his back.
Then again, maybe Billy will go too far another way if things take a more personal turn.
Lily might brush off the meeting entirely and revisit the topic of Billy’s relationship issues with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) instead.
If that’s how things play out, we wouldn’t be surprised if Billy planted a kiss on Lily in a vulnerable moment.
It’s clear that Billy is having a hard time dealing with all the Chelsea and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) drama, so maybe he could turn to Lily for comfort and get swept up in old feelings.
Regardless, our Y&R predictions hint that Billy will remain suspicious of what really happened between Adam and Chelsea, so we’ll bring you updates on his efforts to uncover the real story.
