The Young and the Restless Shocker: Sharon Frames Lily – Uses Phyllis to Unleash Daniel’s Furious Ex!
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) might have to shift gears if Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gets too close to proving the truth. Phyllis is on a mission to clear Daniel Romalotti Jr.’s (Michael Graziadei) name, which could lead to her scoring evidence that Sharon set him up.
At some point, “Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) might push Sharon down another devious path. Perhaps “Cameron” will argue that Sharon has bungled the whole thing and needs a new strategy.
Since Phyllis won’t rest until she gets Daniel off the hook and proves he was framed, “Cameron” might point out that Sharon has to find a new culprit.
Maybe “Cameron” will pressure Sharon to pin Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) demise and Daniel’s frame-up on someone else. What if “Cameron” pushes Sharon to pivot and set Lily up next?
After all, it’d be easy to make Lily look like a vengeful woman scorned. Daniel cheated with Heather while Lily was out of town supporting Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson), so Lily came home to a betrayal and watched him reunite with his former flame.
Y&R fans will recall that Lily already fired Daniel for payback, so “Cameron” might think they can work with that and make it seem like it wasn’t enough.
If Sharon plants the right clues, it might look like Lily eliminated Heather and framed Daniel in the aftermath. Since Lily had a key to Daniel’s place once upon a time, the cops might assume she still had a copy and used it to stash the incriminating items.
Sharon would undoubtedly protest if “Cameron” urged her to pin all this on innocent Lily, but “Cameron” might insist it’s better than Sharon going down herself!
It might be the only way to make Phyllis drop all this and ensure that Sharon stays a free woman. Since “Cameron” is really just conveying Sharon’s worst thoughts and impulses, she might listen to him and let Lily take the fall.
